| [ http://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/vctop/vc/vctoc.htm ] chances are if you throw some quality cats on your car you could probably swing passing on the sniffer with a proper tune of course, if you get sent to a ref or cant find somebody who turns a semi blind eye to the visual part... your screwed. your problems are the boost controller there is one that is c.a.r.b legal dont know which one that is exactly, the bov if it vents to atmosphere is illegal, the 3" expansion pipe because it eliminates the pre-cat, and probably the dual intake although if you had the vim wolf c.a.r.b sticker they probably wouldn't know the difference.do the manifolds have the egr port? if you dont have egr that is an issue as well for visual and if they sniffer test on the rollers in sd(dont know if they do). just what i know...02.. then there is the front plate, and window tint but that stuff is really more of a joke than a law.
